i saw this movie when i was little so i don't remember much and it
doesn't come out on ABC family anymore. it's about a blonde girl who
meets this girl who starts taking over her life and in the end the
girl who tried taking over life ends up being someone she knew when
she was little and she was bullied by her so she went for revenge. i'm
pretty sure it's a comedy. the blonde girl has a little brother and in
one part the blonde girl agrees to shave a guy's body part haha. yeah,
